Trading Conditions

1. General terms

These Terms of Trade describe rights and obligations of ArtPro s.r.o., (´seller´) and subjects using seller´s online shopping mall, (´buyer´).

The relation between the seller and the buyer is regulated by the Terms of Trade and by the Act No. 40/1964 Coll. (´the business act´) and Act No. 634/1999.

2. Order

The order is a proposal of a Purchase Agreement. The Purchase Agreement is entered by a delivery of accountable affirmation by the seller.

By entering into the Purchase Agreement the buyer confirms that he is aware of the Terms of Trade and agrees with it. The Terms of Trade are available at the online shopping mall.

3. Withdrawal

Seller reserves its right to not to accept an order especially when the goods are not available anymore. In that case the seller will contact the buyer immediately.

In accordance with § 53 paragraph 7 of the Civil Code the buyer has right to withdraw from the contract until 15 days from delivery of goods. In that case the buyer should contact the seller and state, in written form if possible, that he withdraws from the contract. Price of the goods will be refunded in case the goods are returned not damaged including certificate, if possible in its original package.

Seller has right to cancel the order until 24 hours from submitting except of cases when the order had been already proceeded.

4. Goods

Seller provides all the necessary information about offered goods at his internet shopping mall, especially its title, name of its author and final price in Czech Crowns. By entering into Purchase Agreement the buyer confirms that he is aware of the information mentioned above.

Seller´s internet shopping mall offer original art prints and sculptures. Art prints are original art pieces manufactured by specific techniques print by print. Artists manufacture art prints in limited editions of different amounts, numbered edition are mentioned explicitly in description of the item. Seller offers the art pieces in a good faith about their authenticity. In case of any discrepancies which can be confirmed by an authorized expert, the seller bears the responsibility of returning all cost connected to the purchase.

All art pieces are sold with Certificate of Origin issued by the seller. It is possible to have the art piece assessed by an authorized expert under a special fee.

The seller is not a VAT payer.

5. Delivery

Ordered art pieces are usually sent as C.O.D of Czech Post with fixed price tariff of CZK 180 (including transport and packing fee) or by PPL service at fixed price tariff of CZK 110 (including transport and packing fee). The consignment is sent with insurance at real price of the goods.

If you are interested in any other type of delivery (such as express delivery) mention it in the „Note“ and you will be contacted by seller´s staff. Prices of delivery provided by other suppliers vary between CZK 150 and 300.

Delivery fee of consignments over CZK 20 000 is covered by the seller.

Delivery of oversized goods, goods of higher value or deliveries abroad are solved individually. Seller will inform about possibilities of delivery before confirming the order.

Orders made from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm are usually dispatched the next workday. The seller will inform buyer in case of delivery which might last longer than 5 days.
